Prices follow the room, the page count, and how far we travel.
Nothing here is a monthly plan. You commission a named briefing, we hold dates, and the invoice matches that scope. Figures below are starting points in pounds sterling, excluding VAT where VAT applies.
Half-season pack with boards and a two-hour walkthrough. Full-season reviews are quoted once we have the fixture list and whether cup ties sit on the same boards.

One reporting window (for example August–December home league games). Extra competitions are a second window, not a footnote.

Per named fixture. A run of four festive matches can be booked together; the per-match figure does not drop automatically.

One pathway sitting, boards installed, first hour attended. A second age-group on the same day is quoted, not assumed.

Twelve pocket copies and one table copy for a single opponent. A redrawn tie after a cup draw is a new notebook.

When the training ground sits more than a two-hour drive from Eccles, travel days are billed separately. Overnight stays are agreed in writing first.

What moves a quote
Fixture congestion, missing archive footage, a request to anonymise player names for a board pack, and a walkthrough that must happen on a recovery day all change the hours. We say so in the estimate rather than shrinking the print.
A deposit of 30% holds the first on-site date. The balance is due when the revised print is signed off, or when you decline the revision window. See the refund notice for how cancellations and no-shows are handled.
