Refunds

This notice applies to commissioned briefings, reports, notebooks, and sittings from System Anchorline. We do not sell physical merchandise lines, software subscriptions, or match tickets, so those are not covered.

Eligibility

A refund is available when we cancel a sitting we cannot rebook, when we miss an agreed matchweek morning slot for reasons other than late footage from you, or when a deposit was taken and we later refuse the commission (for example a cup clash we cannot ethically hold). Consumer cooling-off rights under United Kingdom law may also apply if you booked as an individual and the work has not started; clubs booking in the course of business should rely on the estimate and this notice.

Timeframe

Ask for a refund in writing to hello@system-anchorline.click within 14 days of the event you rely on (cancellation, missed slot, or refusal). We aim to confirm the outcome within five working days of that email.

Full and partial refunds

If we have not started drawing or watching footage, the deposit is returned in full. If intake has happened and pages are in draft, we refund the balance not yet invoiced and retain a fair portion of the deposit for hours already spent, itemised. If the revised print has been signed off, fees for that briefing are earned and are not refunded except where we are in breach.

Non-refundable items

Heavy-stock boards already printed to your layout, overnight travel booked at your request, and a matchweek note produced against footage you supplied on time are not refundable once delivered. Unused travel that can be cancelled without fee is refunded.

Process and method

Write to hello@system-anchorline.click with the briefing name, the date, and the club. Refunds go back to the account or card that paid the deposit. We do not pay cash at the Eccles door. Processing time is five to ten working days after we confirm the amount, depending on your bank.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may move an on-site date once without charge if you give seven days’ notice and we have a later slot before your next fixture. Later than that, the deposit remains held against the new date. If you cancel outright more than seven days before intake, the deposit is returned minus £75 for administration. Inside seven days, the deposit is kept.

No-shows

If we arrive at the training ground for a booked walkthrough and the nominated staff are not present, the sitting is treated as delivered for that date. We will offer one catch-up hour in Eccles or by call; a second on-site visit is a new day rate.

Work already started

Watching footage, laying boards, and the first print run count as started work. Stopping mid-pack does not unwind hours already spent. We will send the unfinished pages if you still want them; they remain our copyright until any agreed balance is paid.

Purchased materials

Paper, spiral binding, and board stock bought for your layout cannot be reused for another club. Those costs stay on the invoice if printing has begun.

Deposits

30% holds the first on-site date. It is not a separate product. It is applied to the final invoice or handled as above if the booking ends early.
