What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, club or organisation, selected briefing, preferred date, and your message. During a commission we may also hold named staff contacts, and coded supporter samples if you send them. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

Why we hold it

We use enquiry details to reply and to prepare an estimate (legitimate interests, and contract if you commission work). We keep a copy of the signed pack and the extracts needed to defend the figures on the boards. We do not sell mailing lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 18 months unless a related complaint is open. Commission files, including extracts you asked us to keep with the pack, are held for six years after the final invoice, which matches ordinary United Kingdom limitation periods for contract claims. You may ask us to return or destroy footage once the revision window closes; we will confirm in writing what we still need for the invoice file.

Your rights

Under United Kingdom data protection law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may ask for a copy of information you provided in a portable form. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will answer rights requests without undue delay and within one month, or explain if we need more time.

Processors

Email and file storage may be provided by a United Kingdom or European contractor bound by a written agreement. Printers who finish large boards off-site see layouts, not your supporter correspondence samples, unless you have asked us to print those pages.

International transfers

If a contractor stores a copy outside the United Kingdom, we will rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where it applies, or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, and we will tell you if a briefing cannot proceed without that transfer.
