Terms

These terms apply when you commission a briefing, report, notebook, or sitting from System Anchorline, of 31 Haslemere Road, Eccles, M30 8EL, United Kingdom. By sending a request or paying a deposit you accept them. If you are buying as a club or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

The work

We produce printed and PDF briefings, wall boards, and in-person or remote sittings as described on this website and in the written estimate. We do not sell software access, season tickets, medical diagnosis, or legal advice. Match footage and extracts you supply remain yours; our pages are a written and drawn interpretation of those records.

Estimates and dates

An estimate is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise. Dates are held when the deposit clears. If a fixture moves, tell us as soon as the new date is public; we will offer the next open sitting or treat the original date as cancelled under the refund notice.

Your materials

You warrant that you may share team sheets, footage, turnstile extracts, and correspondence samples. We will not publish player medical files. If a third party claims the material should not have been shared, you will handle that claim. We may refuse a commission that asks us to brief against contracted players in public.

Intellectual property

Until the balance is paid, boards and packs remain our copyright. After payment you may use them inside the club for coaching, academy, commercial, and liaison meetings. You may not resell the pack, put it in a matchday programme, or present it as the work of another writer. We may describe the type of work (not confidential figures) in our own studio notes.

Liability

Selection, tactics, ticket prices, and public statements remain the club’s decisions. We are not liable for match results, attendances after a report, or employment decisions made in a pathway meeting. Our liability for a proven breach is limited to the fees paid for that briefing, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).

Confidentiality

We will not name a club on this website without permission. Retired boards in the Eccles print room have names covered when visitors attend.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek to recover unpaid fees in another United Kingdom court if your club is registered there.
