Briefing
Academy review boards
Wall boards for pathway meetings: minutes played by age group, loan reports in plain language, and a single page per player the room actually discusses.
Where it happens
Boards installed in your meeting room; we stay for the first hour of the sitting
How long it takes
Two weeks around an existing academy review date
How this sits beside the season pack
This briefing is commissioned on its own or as a companion to a season performance pack. It does not replace the flagship walkthrough unless you ask us to combine dates.
Write to us with the fixture or review date, the people in the room, and any extracts you already hold (turnstiles, team sheets, loan reports). We confirm whether the window is still open before we hold a date.
Scope on a typical commission
Boards are sized for a pathway meeting, not for a parent evening. Each scholar who is under discussion gets one page: minutes in the age group, loan club and minutes there, and a single written caution (attitude, injuries, or a position change). The rest of the room’s time is conversation, which is the point.
We install the boards before the sitting and stay for the first hour. Medical files stay with the club doctor; we will not copy them onto a wall.
