This briefing is commissioned on its own or as a companion to a season performance pack. It does not replace the flagship walkthrough unless you ask us to combine dates.
Write to us with the fixture or review date, the people in the room, and any extracts you already hold (turnstiles, team sheets, loan reports). We confirm whether the window is still open before we hold a date.
Scope on a typical commission
You supply turnstile extracts, membership lists by stand, and a sample of supporter correspondence (we do not need names if you prefer codes). We return boards that split home league gates, cup nights, and the away allocation you actually sold. Hospitality covers covers and no-shows, not a marketing slogan.
The sitting is with the supporter liaison officer and the commercial lead. Coaching staff are welcome but the language stays in the stands: empty family blocks, the south-east corner that fills only for local derbies, the concourse that queues at half-time when the kiosk is short-staffed.
Excluded: ticket-system rebuilds, stewarding rotas, and police operational plans. If a figure is missing from your extract, the page carries a gap mark.
